Mater Foundation are looking for a Business Quality Analyst to join the team! This 12 month maximum-term, full-time role will be based at our Newstead campus.

What you’ll be doing

The Business Quality Analyst role will assist with documenting business / solution requirements, working closely with Business Support teams, Mater DTI and program leads for new data sources, gathering requirements for Power BI reports/dashboards, providing training and work instruction documentation, process mapping, conducting user acceptance testing for new system functionality, managing change & stakeholder management and continued process improvement as part of the Business Support roadmap of initiatives.

This role will have a major focus working with complex data sets, driving continuous improvement, and working with vendors on bug fixes and enhancements.

About you

You will have 3-5 years demonstrated business system analysis or project management experience using Agile methodology and a proven background in achieving successful project outcomes and abilities in problem solving, and analytical thought processes.

  • Strong B2C experience with customer relationship management, customer data platforms and marketing technology systems
  • Experience working within a customer data focused organisation with an excellent understanding of data, interrogating data for insights, and visualisations that clearly communicate findings and support recommendations.
